Although there is no City of Coconut Creek election taking place March 9, the Presidential Preference Election (the Florida Primary) will be taking place that day. All eligible, registered voters should be aware that there are three changes in polling places within the City of Coconut Creek:
1) Precinct 8F (formerly the Ted Thomas Activity Center) will now vote at Rowe Community Center, 900 NW 43 Avenue.
2) Precinct 13F (formerly the Commission Chambers at the Coconut Creek Government Center) now will vote at Monarch High School, 5050 Wiles Road.
3) Precinct 16F (formerly the Coconut Palm Club Apartments) will now vote at the Recreation Complex, 4455 Sol Press Blvd., in the gymnasium.
All other precinct locations remain the same.
If you do not know your precinct, check your voter registration card.
Registered voters whose polling place has changed were scheduled to receive new cards, or further instructions, from the Broward County Supervisor of Elections office.
If you live in one of the three precincts listed above and you did not receive notice, please call the Broward County Supervisor of Elections Office at (954) 357-7050.
